Nicholas Rumin is the founder of Rumin Search Consulting. Since 2000, Nick has been a trusted advisor to leading U.S., U.K., and international law firms in respect of their critical lateral growth and team development initiatives. Nick is originally from Montreal, and graduated from McGill University and the University of Ottawa Law School. He then practiced law for nine years with boutique and major international law firms in Canada, England, and Russia. Nick was a longtime Board member of NALSC, serving multiple terms as its Vice President-Long Range Planning, after which he was appointed NALSC’s first Emeritus Director. Nick has also served as a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (as a founder of its St. Petersburg branch), and as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Waldorf School of Princeton.
